Design as a strategic driver of innovation
As a strategic designer I specialize in the fuzzy front end of innovation to create valuable and meaningful products, services and processes for people and organizations.
My approach to improving products, services and processes is by integrating people, business and technology aspects of innovation. As a designer I bring a user and systems perspective into innovation projects that is very valuable in today’s digital transformation challenges. Looking at multiple touchpoints throughout user journeys beyond digital channels and understanding innovation's impact in the lives of actors in a system has benefits in a smoother implementation and more valuable solutions.
With my "designerly" approach that I put emphasis on collaboration, empathy and vision to my projects. I am very passionate about innovation and people, and the impact of design in creating meaningful solutions. I enjoy working with different kinds of people and facilitating hands-on creative processes to motivate and inspire. At the same time I am a self-driven person, taking on new challenges to keep on learning.
